What is Sale and Leaseback?

Sale and leaseback, also known as leaseback, is a finance solution that allows you to release capital against your commercial property.

A provider will buy commercial property you currently own and then lease It back to you. The lease will give you use of the property for a pre-determined time period in return for fixed monthly rental payments, meaning you can continue to run your business in a space that you already know works for you.

You will then be able to use the capital that was previously tied up in the property to grow your business and invest in new opportunities.
